If I am in the NYC area, can I view the jewelry in person?

We would love to welcome you to our showroom by appointment only. Please call or email us for an appointment and we are happy to show you the collection! 

How do I place an order? 

We are happy to take your order via phone please call 646.833.7730. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5pm, EST.

Orders may be placed online at www.dorynwallach.com at any time; if placed after closing they will be confirmed the next business day.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. We cannot go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Orders take between 4 – 6 weeks to produce and ship. It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. In the case that there is a delay, you will be notified.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York State. The rate fluctuates depending on the county the order is being shipped to.

What do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE ground shipping.  We also require a signature upon delivery.

UPS Ground shipping to addresses within the US is free (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)

UPS 2nd Day Air is $30.

Fedex Overnight is $35.

What kind of payment do you take?

We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express or personal check. We do not accept Discover cards.Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.

What are the materials are your pieces made of?

Our collection consists of 18K yellow gold with the option of white gold, rose gold or platinum for certain pieces. Most of the stones are diamonds, onyx and agate and other fine gemstones.

Can I customize a piece?

We always welcome ideas or thoughts on how we can personalize a piece specifically to your needs. While we can’t always promise we can accommodate every request,  please inquire by email to info@dorynwallach.com and specify which piece you’re interested in with explanation of what you would like and we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the finish on your pieces?

All of our pieces are finished in satin 18K yellow gold. If you would like your piece to have a polished finish, we can accommodate that.

Do you gift wrap?

All items are shipped in our custom logo boxes. Unfortunately we do not gift wrap at this time.

What is your return policy? 

We understand that purchasing a piece of fine jewelry via the Internet can be a difficult decision. We offer a full refund on items in brand new condition within the first week (7 business days) after purchase. Returns must first receive pre-approval. Please call us at 800.906.0761 or email info@dorynwallach.com. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

What if my piece needs a repair or maintenance?

Doryn Wallach Jewelry will re-satin, polish or repair an item within 1 year of purchase at no cost. If your purchase is from over 1 year ago, repairs may still be made but there will be a fee depending on the work needed and condition of the item.
